Buying Locally

Disadvantage: Tubing will be galvanized rather than powder coated
Disadvantage:You'll need to cut off one reduced end per tube
How to do it:
1) Go to your nearest building products center / home improvement store (Lowe's / Home Depot)
2) Find the fencing department. (Not the plumbing or electrical dept.)
3) Ask for top rail tubing for chain link fence. (Not the vertical poles)
4) Verify the outer diameter (O.D.) is 1-3/8"
