The Standard in Golf Cages | Netting | Impact Panels | Webbing | Grommets | Lead Weighted Bottom Line | Workmanship | Returns & Warranty

Golf nets and cages make excellent golf practice tools - but what separates certain nets and cages from others? Read on and find out why the biggest names in golf trust our craftsmen to provide them with their golf cages and net needs.

Flat panel golf nets are fine for some situations, but what golfer doesn't occasionally hit a shot that would sky a golf ball over the top of a flat net, or shank one into the neighbor's yard. That's why we practice.

Our golf cages are large enough to allow a golfer to stand completely inside the practice cage and take a full swing, without worrying about launching your favorite Titleist™ through somebody's skylight or shank a Precept™ into the street.

The most important component in golf netting and cages is the material used.

When a spinning golf ball impacts a golf net, any slight abrasions on the ball will catch on loosely woven netting. This causes premature wear.

We use only the best materials in producing our golf cages and nets. Many of our commercial cages and impact panels incorporate premium knotless netting manufactured by Badinotti™ and imported from Italy. Badinotti™ netting is very tightly woven with 48 strands of nylon and is urethane impregnated. Urethane acts like a protective coating that helps resist shrinking and snagging. It also prevents the net from absorbing moisture, so it resists rotting.

If you hit a golf ball into the same spot enough times, you can eventually wear a hole through any material. Rather than patch or replace your entire golf cage, we have designed our cages to allow easy replacement of an impact panel that will realize the most of the wear.

All of our golf cages include a rope woven into the top panel about 12" in from the back wall. This allows you to hang your impact panel.

Our commitment to quality follows through to the webbing, which is attached to the outer edge of each single piece of netting to form the net panels. Our panels are secured with high quality 3" webbing - assuring that the panels used to form your cage will stay secure through many years of practice.

Although we use rope borders on several designs, our Super Duty nets all incorporate this heavy webbing border, as do most of our custom golf cages. We use webbing that is heavier duty and wider than that used by other manufacturers (most don't use it all.)

Thinner webbing doesn't provide enough material to secure the netting. This can cause the netting to loosen and pull apart under stress.

On cages and panels with a webbing border, grommets are used for superior holding strength, and ease of installation. Our grommets are cleated for superior holding strength. Typically the grommets are installed around the entire top perimeter of your cage, and down the verticals.

Other manufacturers attach one uncleated grommet at the four upper corners of their golf practice cages. This places all of the weight on these four points, causing the net to sag and accelerates wear.

Un-cleated grommets tend to pull away from the webbing. That is why we go the extra step to ensure that your practice net or cage is built to last.

One popular option is to order a heavy lead line with your impact panel to keep the net from bouncing up, making golf balls easier to retrieve. Typically the appropriate length of lead line is furnished, and you can simply weave it through the meshes at the bottom of the panel.

This not only makes it easy to install, but allows you to rotate your panel around as it wears. On custom sized panels, the lead line can be sewn right into the webbing for a clean look.

Our craftsmen have been building cages for over 20 years. We have extensive knowledge and manufacturing experience in netting of all types, including sports, industrial, and aquaculture. This means you'll receive the highest quality golf nets and cages, crafted from the best materials available, and at an affordable price.

Because our cages and nets are handmade, from the finest materials, we rarely have to deal with warranty issues. Our policy is to promptly and enthusiastically repair or replace at our option any product that is defective in materials or workmanship. Once you've returned the defective product to us, we will pay the shipping for the repaired or replaced product back to you.

Naturally, netting products do eventually wear out. This is to be expected, and is generally not considered a defect.

  • If the product isn't defective, but you've changed your mind, we will still accept returns on stock items.
  • For custom netting orders and dual cages, we cannot accept returns, nor can we accept order cancellations after we've cut the netting.
  • Stock items must be returned to us within 15 days and the product must be unused. We will reimburse you for the price you paid less a nominal 15% restocking charge. Naturally we don't reimburse your shipping charges.
